Phoebe Dray is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) with over 20 years of experience in accounting, business management, and financial consulting. An award-winning financial professional, Phoebe began her career on the Gold Coast, Australia, working alongside her father in their boutique public accounting firm. There, she advised hundreds of small business owners and individual clients on taxation, compliance, and strategic business growth.

Phoebe has since built a diverse career spanning public practice, corporate accounting, and business consulting. She has implemented effective systems and growth strategies that improved operational performance and contributed to the successful sale of her family firm in 2015. She later founded her own consulting agency, providing tailored management and financial advisory services.

After spending two years in Vancouver, Canada, where she supported Dynamic Ocean Consulting’s operational and financial management, Phoebe relocated back to Australia in 2025. She continues to actively work with the Dynamic Ocean team remotely, bringing her expertise in finance, leadership, and business operations to the firm’s growing environmental consulting practice.
