Dynamic Ocean Consulting Ltd. is a boutique environmental and regulatory consulting firm dedicated to advancing effective and responsible practices in Canada’s marine and estuarine environments. Our company was founded on a strong value of environmental protection, scientific integrity, and collaboration, with a focus on bridging regulatory, academic, and Indigenous knowledge systems.
We are a team of Professional Marine Biologists, Environmental Scientists, Regulatory Specialists, and Marine Equipment Technicians who bring diverse expertise to every project. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that environmental management and monitoring programs are both scientifically defensible and grounded in real-world operational experience.

Experienced Leadership in Marine Science
Victoria Burdett-Coutts and Cameron Knight, Principals of Dynamic Ocean Consulting Ltd., have each built extensive professional careers in the marine sciences. Collectively, they bring over five decades of experience in environmental assessment, regulatory support, and marine field operations.
We are supported by a team of highly qualified professionals with specialized backgrounds in:

We also operate in freshwater ecosystems where our equipment specialization is in parallel and we partner with external consultants for biological expertise as needed.
