Dynamic Ocean is a boutique environmental and regulatory consulting firm that has a strong ethic around environmental protection measures. We are a group of multi-disciplinary applied scientists that bridge the realms of regulatory, academic, and Indigenous knowledge to recognize and appreciate the value in collaborative approaches to learning, analysing, mitigating, and managing impacts to fish and marine mammals.  

At Dynamic Ocean we believe strongly in collaboration for the development of consistent approaches to environmental management, compliance, and monitoring measures. We encourage our clients to envision the potential for academic collaborations, where ‘above and beyond’ measures can be undertaken to collect novel data in addition to what is required for the regulatory commitments. 

Victoria Burdett-Coutts and Cameron Knight, the Dynamic Ocean Principals, have been working in the marine realm for the duration of their professional portfolios, and collectively have over five decades of experience. They are supported by a group of highly qualified individuals who have experience in benthic ecology, underwater acoustics, fish, marine mammals, and equipment specialization.
