Meagan Mak B.Sc., Environmental Science

Meagan is an environmental scientist with avid interests ecology, marine biology, and environmental sustainability. Graduated with BSc in Environmental Sciences (Ecology and Conservation), she has experience in federal and municipal government agencies including Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and the City of Vancouver, contributing to coastal and nearshore science and regulatory advisory.

Meagan has worked on projects regarding anthropogenic interactions with marine ecosystems, including risk assessment and impact investigation on shoreline development and aquaculture. She is experienced in ecological and oceanographical field sampling methodologies, and co-authored technical reports on intertidal and dockside epifauna surveys.
