Meagan Mak B.Sc., Environmental Science

Meagan Mak is an environmental scientist with a strong background in marine ecology, environmental sustainability, and coastal resource management. She holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science (Ecology and Conservation) and has contributed to projects with both federal and municipal government agencies, including Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and the City of Vancouver.

Her work focuses on anthropogenic interactions with marine ecosystems, including risk assessment and impact investigations related to shoreline development and aquaculture activities. Meagan has extensive experience in ecological and oceanographic field sampling methodologies and has co-authored technical reports on intertidal and dockside epifauna surveys.

At Dynamic Ocean Consulting, Meagan supports coastal and nearshore environmental assessments, applying her scientific expertise to promote evidence-based decision-making and sustainable marine management practices
