    Diana Belton has been working in ocean environments for nearly two decades, bringing extensive expertise in diving operations, marine safety, and training. She is a Divers Certification Board of Canada (DCBC)–certified Restricted Surface Supply and Occupational SCUBA Diver and currently serves as an Operations Specialist with the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG).
As a PADI Recreational Instructor since 2005, Diana has taught and managed diving and boating operations around the world. Her global teaching experience has equipped her with strong leadership, safety management, and operational planning skills that she applies to both professional and instructional settings.
At Dynamic Ocean Consulting, Diana is responsible for delivering all topside training programs, including First Aid, Oxygen Therapy, and Dive Accident Management (DAM). She also serves as an instructor within the Canadian Association for Underwater Science (CAUS) Program, where she helps train and mentor the next generation of scientific divers.
