Caitlin Laidlaw RPBio, MES

Caitlin holds a BSc from the University of British Columbia and a MES from the University of Waterloo. Her master’s research was a blend of physical and human geography, and involved three months of trekking through the Nepal Himalayas.

Her previous marine experience on the west coast has spanned the public, private, and academic sectors. She spent a year in the Coast Guard as a deckhand in their western fleet, worked as an intelligence analyst for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and enjoyed summers as a marine naturalist on the Salish Sea. Caitlin is excited to apply her technical skillet in data analysis and report writing, with her marine field ops skills including small vessel operation.

Caitlin is a member in good standing for her Professional Biologist designation (R.P.Bio) with the College of Applied Biology (CAB).
