Alex Lupin B.Sc., Biology
Alex Lupin is a marine scientist with a wide-ranging background in marine ecology, climate change research, regulatory operations, and environmental management. He holds a B.Sc. Biology from the University of Victoria and is currently completing a Master of Resource and Environmental Management (MREM) at Dalhousie University.
Alex’s experience in marine fieldwork spans both the West and East coasts of Canada where he has worked in fisheries stock assessment and at-sea commercial fisheries observation. He has also contributed to peer-reviewed marine carbon dioxide removal research with Ocean Networks Canada, supporting deep-ocean monitoring and environmental data analysis.
At Dynamic Ocean Consulting, Alex applies his skills in marine science, environmental data management, and geospatial analysis to support marine programs and regulatory projects across coastal British Columbia and Nunavut.
